Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

All merchandise returns are subject to approval and must be received within 30 days of the invoice.  Equipment, Electrical and/or Electronic Parts, and Special Orders, including but not limited to pre-cut squeegees and custom pantones, are non-refundable. 

Returned merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in new and original condition, and in original packaging.  If returned merchandise is designated returnable, and shows signs of mis-use, mis-handling or mis-installation, that item may not be accepted for credit or refund.  All returned merchandise.

If a Customer mistakenly orders the wrong merchandise, Roeder Industries will exchange that merchandise for the correct one with customer pays all freight charges. If a Customer orders the wrong merchandise due to no error or fault of Roeder Industries, Customer may be granted permission to return that item for a 25% restocking fee. 

Cancellations

Order cancellation can only be made prior to shipment.

Once shipment occurs, our return policy goes into effect. (Read below for more information)

For orders that are cancelled in transit or delivery is refused, customer is responsible for all actual shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy

All returns or exchanges are subject to approval. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding your return to ensure swift action. 

All returns or exchanges are subject to approval.
Larger equipment items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Custom items, such as pre-cut squeegees and custom pantones, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Returns are accepted within 10 days from receipt of merchandise.
Calculating refund:

    • Returns due to customer's error: 25% restocking fee.
    • Returns due to our error: Full amount refunded.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return / exchange is a result of our error.

To Request a Refund

Send an email to info@roederindustries.com and be sure to include the following:

    • Order number for item returning
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred action: Refund / Replacement / Exchange
    • Detailed description and picture if item is considered damaged or defective.

We will reply and provide an RMA # and shipping address to you within 24-48 hours. 

Once you receive that email, return your items to Roeder Industries. Package the return item/s carefully with your RMA# written on the outside of the box. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur when the item/s are shipped back to us.

Replacements

We usually process and send replacement items within 2 business days from the day we receive your package. All replacements will be shipped via best way, normally UPS Ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for final delivery.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are given in the same form of original payment used for purchase. They are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of the return package and approval of return.
